Knock, knock!! Employee at this location did great job I ordered philly cheesesteak sub for myself and other subs for my family and the subs were delicious, the place was clean as one would expect. I was on my vacation but this food made my day.

Ordered for pick up. I showed up a bit early compared to what I put as the order time but they said they had started it already and it would only be a couple more minutes. I was thankful and went outside to wait. I came back 5 minutes later and the food was ready but I was THEN informed that the prime rib was no longer on the menu and they gave me a “triple stack” instead. I am unable to eat pork. I was so mad but was in my work uniform and just took the food and left. I had to throw the sandwich away. I was hungry and PISSED. Plus I had to go somewhere else to get lunch, thus waiting in a line I was trying to avoid. If you no longer offer a product, take it off your site. On top of this, ASK the customer what they WANT instead of assuming everyone likes (or is capable of eating) the same food. I know I probably should have said something but I know myself well enough to know it would not have had a productive conversation. EDIT: The manger/owner reached out to try to rectify the situation which I appreciate. I am unsure how he got my number but I’m going to assume that’s a Google issue. Advice for future patrons, be very clear and communicative.

The young lady who took my order was very nice. All of the employees I came in contact with were very pleasant. One of the sandwiches I had to get a refund for. A lady not dressed in a uniform behind the counter tried to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund because it wasn’t eligible. I just looked at her crazy, she gave me my refund.

Those who own this franchise absolutely do not know how to work. One person can take an order and make sandwiches during the day – a disgusting attitude toward the staff. We waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. The meat was cold and the bread was burnt. One of the owners is very aggressive if you tell him something you don’t like. We could hear yelling at the staff. All in all, a horrible place.
