Ordered food online thinking it would be faster just to drive through and have the food ready. It wasn’t. Our fries were cold. Boo. The wait was 15 minutes from the time I ordered it for pick up. One of the items on the order wasn’t right. Food was good over all minus the cold fries. I understand being busy, but I also ordered almost an hour ahead of time for pickup.

Generally speaking, I LOVE Hardee’s (or Carl’s Jr. if you’re in the west) because the food has always been really great, as well as since I had to go gluten-free the fact that they have a “low carb” option where they wrap the burger and all the toppings in practically a lettuce bun is fantastic and I love it! I was a little disappointed this time that they didn’t wrap my burger with lettuce, they must have missed that part when we were placing our order, and the fries were not as crispy as I’m used to; they were also a little cold. But overall the sandwich still tasted great, it was just more messy to eat this time; especially since we were on a long drive.

Then attempted to call another store to see if store we ordered from had a mystery number but phone just rang on there too. Now have to drive to store and anticipate a battle to get a refund. 1st. Every once in a while, I’m in the mood for a fast food burger. I like Hardee’s burgers and now with their 4/$6 menu, I can get 2 burger, fris and a drink. The burgers were very good this time around. The fries were not hot and kind of stale tasting. But I wasn’t there for the fries. Will I go back? Yep.
