I have eaten here a few times and every time it has been poor. The ice cream is the only pro. The employees are not busy. No smiling faces or welcome. The restaurant and restrooms are dirty. Flies everywhere. The restroom stinks and you stick to the floor. The food is edible but tastes like overcooked cardboard. Certainly can’t recommend them to anyone. As its few and far between to another place…

Service was lacking. I didn’t get Napkins or a bag for my food nor did I get asked what dipping sauces I wanted. Place was in disarray, they were propping restroom doors open to get AC in the main part of the restaurant. Flies everywhere. Swatting flies as I ordered. Didn’t get Napkins when handed my order, had to ask for them. The place was dirty.

Took forever to get food. Once we received food, had to wait for them to make our blizzards. We watched the girl that was to make our blizzards, on her phone, and didn’t start making them until we told them we didn’t have our blizzards. I asked for some dipping sauce for my chicken fingers and was told I couldn’t have any, because I didn’t get the meal. First time I’ve ever heard that one. Overall the experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had.

They tried. We stopped as a group coming from camp, and they tried.. don’t get me wrong it wasn’t great service, but they at least showed up to work. So if you happen to stop by, just remember they’re still people too.

Terrible. The manager had an attitude, and she was terrible. Was getting the kids there ice cream. She rolled her eyes because I guess I put her out because it was almost closing time. The place is ran down and will def not go back.

Had another Candy Cane Blizzard. An easy choice after driving several hundred miles wbile changing drivers on our way back home from Colorado. A bit off the path but when you are in need of comfort food, take this diversion. You will be on your way quickly, was fast and delicious. Nice staff through drive up window.

Ordered a burger. Hair on it. Not even sure if the “beef” patties had seen the grill. They were almost completely raw and discolored mystery meat. The taste was putrid!!! I don’t know how DQ passes any food quality inspections. This is criminal. I took one bite and threw the whole meal in the trash. Avoid this place at all costs. I would have rather thrown ~$15 in the trash!
