My family members and I had a delicious meal there tonight and after, I order a meal for my wife who was in the hospital dealing with cancer. As I left my wife called and asked me to get a chocolate chip cookie also. I ran back into the restaurant for the cookie and a friend of mine was waiting to order. I asked if I could get my cookie ahead of them and told him about my wife. I turned around to pay for the cookie and the lady behind the the counter handed me the cookie and said no charge. I said “seriously”. She said “yes, I have that power”. That was the sweetest act of kindness from a total stranger as I have ever received. Fazoli’s will be forever dear to my heart because of her kindness.

Two months ago we went through the drive through and the chocolate milk I got for my son was already half drank. Called to let them know said they would send a free dessert coupon never did. Then today we went through the drive through and I got a side salad that had a bunch of black slimy lettuce in it. The rest of our food was okay especially for the price and fast food pasta but I’m done with fazolis…the milk accidents happen and was easy not to notice but the black slimy lettuce was noticable as soon as I pulled it out of the bag unacceptable

Just left Fazolis, very poor service. Told them when we got our food we wanted more breadsticks. They never brought more to the table. We only got 1 breadstick with our meal.

Went there a couple months ago. I ordered a pasta and the noodles were hard as a rock. I dropped it on my plate and it made a sound. Noodles aren’t supposed to do that. 🙁

I’m a simple person , not looking for a fancy place , but it’s nice , clean , has good food and good service . The personal are polite and friendly . It’s easy to drive to , get in and out . Plenty of parking .
