The restaurant smelled of old mop water. A worker was sleeping laying across 3 chairs at front tables. Corn nuggets had been sitting awhile and were chewy. Worst was the chicken tenders. They tasted like cigarettes. Can only guess a smoker never washed his hands and then battered the chicken without wearing gloves. The health department should investigate this place. We won’t be back!

Ordered a 3 piece fish and a gizzard dinner with 2 extra rolls a total of 4 rolls. The person who took the order was sweet but had no idea what they were doing. The fish was so dry we couldn’t eat it. Got 6 rolls instead of 4 and I was charged for them. All I wanted was 2 extra rolls. The food has been good but tonight the fish was cold and to dry to eat. I know you cook certain items ahead of time, but to much time went by on that fish.

Food sitting under heat lamps barely warm. Mashed potatoes not even warm, but cold and stiff. Corn on the cobb was hot and tasty. Cream gravy is hot. They need to be better about serving food at a good temperature.

I am SHOOK to my core. I was just in dinning when I saw a worker knocking a drink out of another workers hand, she was very loud and was stating she was intoxicated, she also kept slurring her speech. This was truly uncomfortable. I come here all the time and I’ve never seen such wild behavior

We just ate the fish combo and it was great . The dining room was closed so it a perfect evening for dinner in the park I wanted to be a 5 star rating , BUT my huahpuppies were missing and we has to ask for utensils and condiments because they forgot those too I wish I had double checked for my huahpuppies bc they are ny favorite part of a fish dinner and I was left disappointed don’t get me wrong the fish was very good and as always the fried okra was ON POINT. That aside we were satisfied but I guess I will come back to def try the huahpuppies
