Would make sure they are open, used there web site to place an order for a given time. Drove out to pickup only to find they are closed and do not open until 4:00pm. Tried to call and the phone call was not received well. Will not order from ChowNow again or from there website.

Food was good. Workers were nice. It was a little trouble ordering due to language, however menu items are numbered so that helped a lot. It’s a mom and pop shop, not beautiful but very functional. Overall we liked it and will be back.

The pictures look great and the service was great. However, the food was not good. The fried shrimp was hard, cold, and rubbery. I will not return.

Ann’s Kitchen is a great restaurant. The food is always delicious and hot. I’ve ordered chicken, fish, and crabs. Never ordered anything that wasn’t good.

I’ve ate here many times food is good. This was my second time trying the fried ribs. Not my favorite to say the least. Just about everything else I have had from here has been decent. Ribs overcooked, tough, and not much meat. Try the shrimp wings or fish taste great.

Omg, y’all! This is a MUST stop if you haven’t been!!! I visit Port Arthur and Beaumont areas frequently for business and am fairly picky about Cajun food, having spent a good amount of time in Louisiana eating the real deal growing up, although I’m a native Houstonian. I’ve been searching for a good lunch spot and this will now be my go-to! The food is fresh and hot, made to order, nothing too greasy from the fryer, and the seafood is clearly fresh and clean. I started with the gumbo and it is a true classic dark rue with tons of flavor and spice, and I loved that you can add crawfish or oysters for those that aren’t fans of certain things. The stuffed shrimp and fried okra were also fresh and delicious, but y’all – the crawfish boudain balls were something I did not know I needed in my life!!! They are huge, perfect texture, bursting with flavor, full of crawfish (they don’t skimp!) and legitimately my new favorite thing, can’t wait to go back for more! My one and only complaint was that I got one regular boudain ball in place of a crawfish, but it was also so good I wasn’t even mad, LOL.

This place is good for take out food. Had the Catfish strips plate and popcorn shrimp and fried shrimp. we shared all around and I can say it was very good and reasonable priced. The service I received was good the food was fresh and I did not have to wait very long. I will be going back to try some different menu items.
