It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Messed up my order after a long wait ,however the cashier was really nice. The manager did correct everything and was pleasant. Just didn’t seem organized and some of the employees didn’t seem competent enough to be working there ,but I do understand the workforce is hard to find in today’s society.

Fast at ordering but it took more than 30 minutes to get our food when they gave us the food it was already cold like its been sitting there we asked with everything on the burgers they didn’t had nothing but the cheese lettuce and meat. I even got stomach pain the next day the place is not clean Also service was bad Employees we’re more focused on the drive-thru than the customers inside.

Fast at ordering. Took more than 30 minutes to get our food. Service was terrible. Employees we’re more worried about the drive thru than the customers inside the store. When asked to cancel my order is when employees decided to start on my order. Terrible experience. Some employees we’re just standing there looking lost but some of the food was good. As a local on that frequents this location often 9/10 times they get the order wrong, forget items or take an extremely long time. Since the manager knows when peak season and times are they should have learned by know how to train and staff appropriately. They quality of the food is also subpar, it often looks like the order is literally thrown together. No one asks if you would like any condiments. I usually leave and after waiting a very long time to get home and find my food is just wrong or not good. Which is pretty infuriating. Today I checked my curbside order and a whole meal was missing, so the girl was polite and fixed it. But when I got home I found that the rest of my order was wrong and I didn’t receive any condiments. I don’t blame the employees, I blame management!

Of course it’s good food. It’s Whataburger! Friendly service. The drive-through could be much more efficient. They also advertise breakfast until 11am but cut off before then. Orders are also made wrong regularly, but we still drive on up.

While we’re waiting for are ordering there were no less than four employees sitting at a table having a break. And our order was short one of the meals, which did show on the receipt. Quite disappointing for a Whataburger store
