Took them 45 min to make a meatball sandwich!!!!!!!!! There were only 3 customers in the store and 2 arrived and ordered after me and left first,The place was so dirty, I’ve never seen it like that. Staff was polite but they were just talking and not helping anybody. I wont go back ever to this place on south blvd. Disgusting!

I want to preface this review by stating that I love firehouse. They have the best sandwiches for the price hands down. But this store is a terrible place with horrible staff. I needed to cancel an online order so I called in as you cannot cancel an order online. Phone sent me to voice-mail (which is full). Kept calling but kept getting sent to voicemail. Called Firehouse corporate, was told the store would contact me promptly. Waited and tried calling in during my lunch break. Still nothing. Save yourself, just go to another firehouse.

Don’t eat here. I arrived at 11:40. The place was a mess. There was no napkins in the holder, the drink machine sprayed orange liquid on my shirt, the area where you place your cup looked like graffiti(obviously not cleaned at all recently), the bathroom was a wreck, small trash can full of nasty trash sitting on top of drink counter. The lady that took my order was wearing a low cut crop top shirt, obviously not standard uniform. It doesn’t appear like anyone is actually managing this location.

Great food!!! But the store is DISGUSTING!! Dirt, trash and food was all over the floor. There were two guys in there with dreads and one of them were really long, in my opinion they should be wearing hair nets. Also one of the employees friend was in there talking and distracting the worker the entire time which made him slow down on making the food. General Manager/Owner please hurry and make changes before you’ll lose great customers!!

If it wasn’t for the food being good and my daughter loving this place … workers in this day an time just don’t care … mumbling their words to you and you don’t know what they are saying, moving like they are in slow motion and as I was cashing out the employee starts texting on his phone.. no energy no life in these workers at all !! I k ow I’m a Karen … but it’s just disappointing!

Delicious food, family friendly, amazing staff! My wife was shopping next door at TJ Maxx so I figured I would go to a quick place for a cookie with the kids to keep them busy. We were going to go to Arby’s but they were closed…and I’m glad they were. Upon entering Firehouse, they welcomed us with “Welcome to Firehouse”!

I ordered thru door dash online. I was able to customize my sub a little bit would have liked to be able to replace the cheese with an alternative choice. And to leave special instructions which you can do as it doesn’t allow you to type in anything. I’m allergic to turkey and wanted to make sure they didn’t accidentally put any on my sub. Luckily that didn’t happen. Over all a good sub!
