I had all but given up on this location a year ago. Stopped in today and was greeted promptly with the most polite male voice that sounded like he wanted to actually help me. When the food came out so very quick, hot and correct I was so happy that someone cares. The older gentleman carhop was so precious, courteous and moved fast like he loved what he was doing. He told me to have a super Sonic day! I will be back for his smiling face! Sonic please don’t ever let this man go, give him days off and pay him well until he is ready to retire! I will be a regular again!

Was here on July 9 and got home without my chicken in bag. Called and talked to Nancy who said come back anytime and get my chicken. Came today 13th and told kid at speaker the chicken was free per Nancy. He ignored that comment and tried to charge me for them again! He said Nancy didn’t tell him and she wasn’t there. I asked for manager who was there and was made to feel stupid when he said you need to say that at the speaker which I told him I had. He wasn’t very nice and I handed him my original receipt and said I wanted it back. They “lost” the receipt and handed me a 3 piece when it was supposed to be 5. So I had to wait while they made 2 more in which time my bag of ice was melting! Then got home and my diet Dr. Pepper was TEA! Yuk!!! Not that you care but I won’t be back.
