I got 2 pizzas online while here at casino. Did carry out. I timed it perfectly. As soon as I walked I’m they ere just boxed. And they had several ordeals waiting for pick up. The guy and older lady working were amazing and nice. The older lady seemed proud what she put in the box and I could taste the care in my pizzas! Was amazing. gonna order from here again tonight. Sports betting and night time pizza go hand and hand.

Liars. She told me a special $10.99 for large 2 topping. But yet I paid for 3 pizzas and 1 2l sprite like $54. Definitely not the place I would order again. Can’t beat Papa Johns in taste. Plus when someone lies it really puts me off.

I’ve given them chance after chance. And they can’t seem to get things correct. Ordered mushroom and black olives,(extra of both), with light sauce. Got pepperoni loaded with sauce. ALWAYS order light sauce. Never fails they drown the crust with sauce; this time was no different. Medium replacement or slight discount on order ARE NOT acceptable replacements this time.

I have never been so disappointed in a pizza place before. I visited this location in passing through on a vacation and the food was horrible. I asked to speak to a manager and one came to address the situation. I believe his name is Craig. He was down right rude to me. The language he spoke was very unprofessional. The way he even spoke to the workers while addressing this situation was unbelievable. What stumped me the most is that he told me he was the one that prepared the pizza. I told him no way because the way that pizza looked and tasted, there was no way a manager prepared that. And he said that they were short-staff so he had to help out a little bit but nonetheless he was super rude to me and he did not fix the situation. He told me to go take my pizza and enjoy it. Never offered to remake it or refund me.

Place an order. The app tells me they start preparing my order at 8:17pm by Becky. Over an hour later they decide to cancel my order with no explanation. Terrible service. If you couldn’t deliver the order you knew an hour ago you couldn’t.

Order was completed at 8:03, I waited over an hour on a Monday night…I was literally 500 feet away from the store. I’m clueless as to where the system is failing but I’m willing to bet it’s stupid corporate rules. That is all!

Usually good. I will not order a sandwich again. I’ll stick with the pizza. Burnt, dry and skimpy this time. Even the pizza was disappointing. I paid for extra beef. Might be enough for a regular serving. I don’t know if I’ll use this store again when I’m up this way. It did get here fast thow.
