The food was good, but the service sucked. That lady working the register hated her job and I think her life. She was miserable and just mean. I asked for extra hush puppies and she said “no, you get two with your order!” I asked for extra instead of fries and she said “no! Pick something else!”!

Right from the start the cashier had an attitude. Not once did she smile(the vibe she was putting off was like she really hated her job and could careless if you knew it or not). After receiving our order and taking to our table, I realized they had forgotten part of the order. I took the receipt up to the cashier and told her they forgot the extra chicken planks, she looked at me with an attitude that made me feel like I was lying (trying to get more for free). She did call it out and I did get what was forgot but, it set up the experience to not be very enjoyable. We use to enjoy Long Johns Silver and have not eaten there in years. So, when we learned there was one as close as 30 miles away we were excited. Now, do we go back? That is the question!?

Menu prices were inaccurate mentioned it to the manager and could care less. Best thing is was that it noted a new menu. Last two times including this time the grease is so dirty and taste burnt. This is the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken.

I’m one of the few people that love LJS. Let’s keep them alive! Hush Puppies are great. The fish and chips were very good. Everything was hot and freshly prepared. Always try to plan my trips through Batavia to coincide with a stop @ this LJS.

Long John silver’s is amazing. the fish and chicken are always great. Crispy and delicious. their fish is better than most fish fry’s from any restaurant. my only complaint is it’s often cold inside, if youre going to eat inside, you may want to bundle up. Service is always good.

Ordered 3 piece fish meal. Got home and had only 2 pieces. Was very disapointed not only less choices and less amt for higher prices but the fish was so thin !!!! I will not be going back. I used to love the fish there ,now i might as well stay home and eat a frozen fish stick ! And i drove 20 miles to get it!

This location in Batavia NY is so nasty…the driveway is full of cigarette butts…the sidewalks look like they are grease covered…the womens room smelled bad…for a building that isn’t that old its sure is looking bad… Don’t think we will be back.
