I am so disappointed in Jimmy Johns. They were my folks for a long time because I love their veggie sandwich. The last 2 times I went there was crazy. I went with my son made my order at the drive thru speaker and they said I’ll see u at the window. We went to the window and waited and waited and waited no one ever came. I blew my horn and called out no one came. The next time I went with my mom and they said they didn’t have bread, how u gonna not have bread in a sandwich restaurant?? Smhhhh.. HOW??!!

$7.20 for a turkey tom now that’s interesting. Just turkey, lettuce, and mayo on a bun, I asked for no tomato. Is it good? Yes. Does it come with cheese? I dont know, maybe they forgot it, or maybe its just turkey lettuce mayo and tomato. Of course I’ll come back but it seems interesting this came without cheese for $7.20

Not all Jimmy John’s are created equal. I know that the one off McGinnis Ferry in Suwanee/Johns Creek is wonderful in quality. So I attempted an online order, but when I arrived, found out that I had accidentally selected the wrong store, one about 30 min away. They told me to just call that store and explain. The phone answered with the kindest voice who said no worries, it’s voided. Then the store I was at made my order in no time. Customer service like this in addition to a great fresh meal is hard to come by and both stores were so very understanding, thoughtful and well amazing. Won’t go anywhere else now!

I’m disappointed to have to leave this review because I loved the sandwiches here but lately consistency is just not there. The last two orders I’ve placed have been wrong. First order there was no meat on the sandwich and bread was used instead of the requested unwhich. I could’ve given a pass on them using bread but to forget meat on a sandwich is something that most consider unforgettable. I called the location and the sandwich was replaced. Today I ordered the same sandwich and this time no condiments on the sandwich. Also, I asked to add oil, vinegar, and oregano and they were missing. If anyone has ever had a unwhich you wouldn’t want to unwrap and add condiments from home because rewrapping can be a messy headache. Both purchases were made at the drive thru. I would definitely say check your order before you pull off to make sure everything is accounted for or better yet go inside to make sure everything gets fixed correctly.
