Every time I order here I have issues. They constantly leave out the sauces I have to pay extra for. They are also more stingy than mcds when it comes to sauce. When you order wings, the wings aren’t even fully covered in the sauce. So fine, I’ll spend the extra 50 cents for extra sauce. Only about half the time does the sauce actually show up. Also, why are my deliveries being made through doordash. Is doordash getting the tip I’m leaving on the pizza hut app??

Pizza Hut in MonteVallo, AL is horrible. Due to an injury, it was basically my only option for food that I found – not being from here. Both orders I made were incorrect. I did not complain the 1st time. The 2nd time I complained, I was treated so disrespectfully. I was treated very poorly over a pasta bowl and some sodas.

My order was delivered an hour later when my initial delivery window was 25-35 minutes. The pizzas were burnt and had to be recooked and no communication from management to advise, apologize for the delay or anything.

I have wanted 2 and a half hrs for a pizza that cost 30.00. I call the store to be told the girl could not find my apartment, 1st off why couldn’t she call me to find out where I’m at. Everyone has cell phones wth? Then I’m told it will be another 30 minute wait. Wow this is the worst pizza place ever! I did not want to even give 1 star it deserves a minus 10 stars. Smfh

Order a pizza for delivery from this location. I guess what I thought may have been the deli6driver knocks on the door.i asked who is it about three times. No one announces themself. As I come and finally open the door. A car pulls off. My neighbor nextdoor tell me the drive left the pizza box on the front porch. Now I don’t know if something may have or did get in my box from sitting outside, but this was the utmost, worst customer service that that could have been given. And I will certainly not eat this pizza nor EVER SOLICIT ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

Let me help anyone that is ordering from this location, if you request delivery, you should re-think your request. This location uses Door Dash and apparently neither the store nor door dash has any concept of time. They can charge you for the order but they can’t deliver. When you order they take no responsibility for what happens to your order or when it will arrive. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from the Pizza Hut in Montevallo. Call Domino’s or if you want really good pizza place your order with Slice Pizza in Montevallo, AL.
