This was one of my favorite dining experiences ever. Chef Jay’s interactivity at the chef’s counter was charming. The food was amazing. Katrina’s service game was on point, attentive without being obtrusive, remembering our drinks on a very busy festival weekend. The house-infused spirits are out of this world – seriously, stop by for a cocktail.

Grüezi! Our family is Swiss and we used to live in Switzerland, so we really miss the cuisine and had to come here. We had such a lovely experience here! We were able to get a table by ourselves in the back room. We tried the Basque Fondue which we will definitely have to come back and have again. Our waitress was very pleasant and made sure we were enjoying everything. I read some of the other reviews and now that I have tried it myself, I do feel that some people (and one in particular) are being a little harsh. I hope this review will at least encourage you to take all these reviews (even mine) with a grain of salt and just try it yourself.

We went for brunch today and they couldn’t cook eggs over medium and knew they were wrong but brought to our table anyway. I ordered the Spanish omelet and it was all meat and cheese and virtually no egg. They were out of chorizo and served with Italian sausage. The waitress kept apologizing but nothing was done to correct the errors. Skip the brunch and go somewhere else.

The cheese fondue was delicious. I think this place is somewhat overpriced for the atmosphere. Two dining areas and the one we sat in was tiny. We couldn’t fit everything on our table and had to overflow onto the next, which was fortunately empty.

This place is the bomb. Don’t let the prices hold you back. The service and food is amazing. Chef Jay and Katerina take such great care of you all. Would highly recommend

There’s no way around it. The fondue was disappointing. It was just bland. The filet board was actually very good, definitely the best thing we ordered, but the lackluster fondue combined with the lackluster atmosphere and service means I can’t really recommend it.

We ordered three portions of the raclette and it was served to us with the cheese completely overcooked, no longer soft but basically a crust. Being swiss we know what raclette is supposed to be like. I asked to talk to the chef but was told that he didn’t speak English . The waitress said they would give one replacement order to which I asked them not to put the cheese on the hot stone plate but to bring the cheese to the table for us to cook the cheese at the table. The waitress agreed and then we waited nearly one hour before we received the replacement. They claim to have the best service in Telluride, but I can attest that it is the worst service we received in our weeklong stay in Telluride and they do not know how to prepare raclette.

The service was a little rough, but not terrible. The food was good but not great, for the price. The cheese selection was fairly run-of-the-mill and several items (the mushy grapes, for one) were very unappetizing. My wife’s cocktail was very enjoyable, but the offerings for those that don’t drink alcohol is limited to soft drinks or water.

The fondue was delicious, though for $50 (photographed) one would hope for at least a full apple.

Came in at 6p, nobody there, including guests, kitchen staff or servers. All the lights were on and the music was going, the door said they were open. After 20 minutes of waiting, a clearly drunk man came in saying he was “running errands across the street” and poured us some water. I asked about an allergy ingredient and he said he had no idea what allergens were in the foods. 1 star, don’t waste your time at a place like this – charging upwards of $100 for a pot of cheese with absolutely nonexistent customer service.
