The food and service was good; however, I couldn’t help but notice that my boneless wings were all cut in half. I’m sure due to inflation companies are cutting corners, but to have a blatantly obvious cut back left a sour taste in my mouth. Each of my 20 piece wings were cut in half and fried over and the portions were small as you could imagine. I do not recommend the boneless wings.

First time trying wing stop and in Texas! Got there and the cashier took our order and told us to wait. Waited about 30 minutes. Food arrived, a mix of wings, boneless, fries and tenders. The chicken was very well cooked and the different flavours tasted excellent!

Went here with my daughter on a doordash order. The service was absolutely ridiculous. I sat in the car and watched for other drivers come in and pick up orders for other customers before my daughter was able to come out with one sandwich. The food here is usually good that is why I would go back they definitely at another location as this one does not know how to handle their business properly. Must admit very unprofessional of a franchise its size.

After my last experience I will never visit this store again. Ordered an $85 order of wings, the online order said it would be 20 minutes. Get to the restaurant and they couldn’t find the order an hour after the order was originally placed some supposed manager started making our order after claiming it would take 5 days to give me a refund! When you didn’t make my food?? I would have rather just had my money back. Will never be in there again.

This location has a sign that states they are open until midnight. However, upon walking into the location at 11:26pm, Friday we were turned away with the excuse that they were no longer taking orders. We spoke to the manager on the floor as it was still early enough to take orders and the doors were still open as people were eating inside. The manager on shift (Tee) stated that he shut down the machines for online orders, yet we were in person. So, we of course are taking our money elsewhere, but we would suggest this location change their hours to the time they prefer or the store manager step in and train their substitute managers to do their job. How much is this locations owner willing to lose in revenue due to lazy employees?
