Our experience was great! Even though they are short staffed they did not look or act frazzled. They were kind and were clear with the orders. The chicken tenders were really worth the wait. They were some of the best tenders I have had in a long time and my son loved them as well. They were juicy and crispy. Thank you such to the crew for providing such amazing service. They were even jumping in and helping each other out. Again thank you and stop in the dinning if you have some time. They place has a wonderful vibe and cute decor.

The overall experience was pretty good! The food was delicious, the chicken was SUPER HOT (not the spicy kind but the temperature kind), and the root beer was delectable. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of one thing: the wait. It took over 20 minutes for us to get our food! It was 2, 3 piece chicken baskets, a chicken sandwich, and a Papa Burger. There weren’t a lot of people there when we ordered, either. It was also expensive. $9 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Our total came out to about $40 for the 4 things I mentioned earlier. Other than that, I would recommend this place!

Can’t remember the last time I ate at A&W, but my wife and I stopped here on the way home from Pattison State Park-and the food was delicious with superb service. Some of the best fries I have ever had along with a magnificent double cheeseburger. And that root beer! Forgot how good it is. My compliments to the staff!

Unfortunately you have to give one star to be able to leave a review because they don’t deserve one star. Took over 35 min to get my food, restaurant is dirty, bugs and flies all over. Food everywhere on the floor. Then wasn’t cooked all the way and didn’t even taste good. Avoid this place.

Horrible horrible service. Waited in line with about 8 other customers for over 20 minutes because who I assume was the manager wouldn’t let the cashier take more than one order at a time. However in the mean time she stood there and didn’t help the cook make orders or yell at the other 2 employees who were sitting outside the kitchen door smoking during a meal rush. Absolutely ridiculous!! Left and didn’t even order.

We waited in drive thru a good 20 minutes at window. No cars in front or back of us. The papa burger had only 1 burger and 1 cheese, it should have had 2 of each. Fries were bits and pieces and cold. Could have had a better burger and fries at a restaurant for less money. Will not be going back. Appeared to have plenty of workers. A pregnant, smoking worker was making out with a guy by trashcan, quite inappropriate.

Very poor visit. Minimum 30 wait. This location has been short staffed for years, they do let you know via a poster near the register. Ownership should think about taking a little more pride in their restaurant and raise wages to attract more locals to work. Food prices high already. Avoid at all cost.
