This location isn’t even on yelp, that’s how much of a corporate afterthought it is. On a Saturday night there’s not a single customer inside. Zero. Yet their parking lot is completely full. You have a security guard that does what? Your employees are laughing outside doing nothing. You’ve got a literal camper van with someone boondocking. Tons of broken glass in the parking lot. People double parked. Half of your menu is sold out. What is this place?

The food is solid and the customer service was okay. However, it was absolutely atrocious on the inside and outside littered with trash everywhere. There should not be garbage littered everywhere; especially if the establishment is not busy and there is definitely enough downtime to clean the area. The management needs to do better.

Chipotle is always affordable and there’s value for money! Lots of quantity too so it’s filling. I am a vegetarian and love the veggie rice bowl. I stopped at this place before wanting to go the the washington state park. It’s wasn’t super crowded and not a long queue, so the service was quick. As mine was a veggie bowl, i got free guacamole! There’s outdoor seating as well. The restroom is just for people who eat at Chipotle and not for the public. I just wish the table were cleaned immediately. In spite of a lot of empty table, they were dirty and it’s a turn off when you want to sit indoor and eat your food. There’s a bus stop just outside this place!

I ordered a burrito with pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce. When I picked it up it felt like it came right out of the refrigerator. Got to my car and when I bit into it everything was white and cold. There was twice as much sour cream as any other ingredient. I could barely find any pinto beans. There were probably like, 10 pinto beans. Cold cheese. “”Mexican Grill””. Do you know how to make a bean and cheese burrito?

Dined in at this Chipotle for lunch and I faced no issues. The food was plentiful and delicious, tables and dining area were clean, and there was free parking outside. Would recommend!

Went in about 4:45 pm, overall quiet inside, when ordering saw nearly all bins that were supposed to be filled with ingredients were bare and employee had to scrape bin just to get some rice out. All but 2 meat selections bare, other items were nearing empty. Soda machine was out on several selections, lemonade and other tea selections completely dry, ice was empty, tables hadn’t been wiped in quite some time, garbage cans were overflowing, I mean what the actual eff?? I feel I’m owed a do over from this pit. I’ll never return to this location for sure. Management needs to change if all this failure is allowed.

After being rudely dismissed for a fairly basic order at the Lovejoy location these guys stepped up and took care of me. I had an order of 15 items and one employee took over just for what I needed. Fast, efficient, polite. I was REALLY disappointed that the credit card system doesn’t allow for tips because they truly earned one.

I’m a bit wishy washy on this review. PROS- excellent service from female waitresses & hostess. Even brought a dog dish of water for our pooch Patch! The food..Most awesome off the hook! CONS-waited 1/2 hour for a table. And IT WAS NOT ADA ACCESSABLE for the outside tables. Struggled through it and gotter’ done. The main waiter was an older gentleman. Very rude, snobby and made us feel indifferent. Made our nicely well behaved Patch feel bad too!
