This food was literally to die for, the prices were great, and the chef and waitress are such nice people! The food literally tastes homemade and the area was soo clean even the bathroom was nice and clean I felt really comfortable eating here and will be sure to come back soon!

Lovely little place great hometown cooking…but the last time I went the lady was standoffish it seemed like she was mad maybe at her husband idk but that’s why we leave are problems at the door &maybe not work w/ our spouses.I asked for the enchilada plate & she basically said ” what about them” I almost walked out but ok. I may have found my new spot, Chevo’s is special, and the food is made with love and care, you can taste it. We ordered the green chicken enchiladas and combination plates, both were OUTSTANDING, their tortillas are perfection. My mother in law said it was the best chile relleno she’s ever had. The service was so friendly and the prices were decent for the quality of the food. I got some Caldo de res to bring home for later on this cold day. Overall, I’ll be back and I thank the other reviewers for laying a delicious path to Chevo’s.

Boyfriend and I wanted to grab a bite of authentic Mexican food for brunch on way to I-10. Came upon Chevo’s Kitchen and was very pleased with the kind service and delicious food! You order on the phone or at the window and pick it up. There was a small table and chairs outside so we sat there and ate before hitting the road. Highly recommend Chevo’s Kitchen!! Muchos gracias!
