Picked up some takeout, as we have enjoyed the burgers here in the past. This time we added an order of mac and cheese from the kids menu, which was $10. When we got home, I saw the very small size of the mac and cheese, and then opened it to see what appeared to be day old Kraft mac and cheese from the blue box, except worse somehow. Our toddler loves all pasta, but even he wouldn’t have more than a few bites.

Ordered fish and chips to go because I didn’t have time to sit and eat. Not only was this $19 and probably considered an appetizer for size, but the fish seemed a few days old and cooked in bad grease. It was as if they even poured extra grease on it before sending it out to me. I’ve been here before for dinner and it was always amazing. Maybe a new inexperienced cook? Idk, but I put this in the garbage. I’m not risking getting sick.

Their burgers are cooked perfectly and are truly delicious. Also, their Cougar Gold Apple Salad was awesome, but gumbo soup was not great. I should have got their French onion, which they seem to be known for. Friendly service. Great place to have lunch with a friend.

The MAX us not a bad spot. They have a great outdoor patio and tons of seating. Service is solid. The food is mediocre but not bad. I’d come back but probably only for a happy hour. Dinner is pretty expensive for the quality you get.

Food was good, service was great, and the prices were what you’d expect. I ordered asparagus and it was cold. They put butter on it and it was too cold to even melt it. My only thought for it was that it is the same asparagus they use in their bloody Marys ♀️ my husband said his blue cheese pasta was overwhelming. But the food was visually appealing like amazing. My biggest problem was the smell. As we were sitting there we kept getting this overwhelming smell similar to that of the disks they put into porta potties. It was awful. We both agreed that it wasn’t horrible not was it a place we’d rave to friends about!

Went here in passing heading to Idaho. They had excellent service and an outstanding presentation on food and the restaurant itself. I would recommend this place as well as go back again to see their other unique options on the menu
