I’m visiting my parents on vacation, and my mom and I decided to stop by while we were in Ennis. The older lady running this place was super rude to my mom, didn’t crack a smile, or greet either of us. It was more of a “what do you want?” vibe.

Very nice lady. Great food and coffee. People judging her about her attitude may just need to work on themselves instead and quit taking every little facial expression personal. Just because you’re offended by everything doesn’t mean you have to try to tarnish someone’s name.

We have been traveling in 3 states and not able to find coffee shops. We were so excited to find this one. How disappointing to get such horrible service. The older lady taking our order was SO rude. She was NOT busy, but was rolling her eyes at our orders; facial expressions clearly indicating that she was not interested in our business. We left and found another coffee shop across town. That woman needs to reevaluate her choice of employment.

Best coffee in Ennis! I’m really critical about coffee drinks; I’ve tried each place in Ennis, and On the Fly is, by far, the best tasting, most consistent place in town. Always prepared perfectly! Worth a stop!

Coffee was decent, customer service from older lady barista was awful. Lots of eye rolling along with facial expressions that indicated she was irritated with us. Not sure why, as we were more than pleasant to her. We left there feeling very unwelcome…not a great way to start your day!! Needless to say, it was the one and ONLY time we went to ‘On the fly espresso’ during our stay in Ennis. Would recommend one of the other coffee shops in town.

maybe it was just an off day for the lady working but she was not happy to be there. passing thru the cute town and needed some coffee and food and gave it a shot. Customer service can be a make or break for any business and here it was just bad.

Love this drive thru coffee spot! It was on my drive to work from Virginia City to Bozeman! The coffee is great and I always ordered the breakfast burrito with the hash browns in it! So good! I’ll definitely go again when I’m in Ennis!
