This was the worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. The service was terrible, the servers were rude. The two girls working behind the counter were not helpful and said that certain items (quesadillas) could only be ordered on the app and that maybe we should look at the website before arriving next time. The one girl didn’t tell me there would be a charge to add more cheese to my bowl and instead after the fact whispered to her coworker this girl got way too much cheese, charge her. When I asked the girl ringing me up about it she said I need to look at the website before coming in. I’m addition to the horrendous service, the tables were dirty, the chicken was cold and smelled disgusting. I would highly recommend that you give this location a miss until they give their staffing choices a complete overhaul or I guess, read the website as that is what they’ll tell you to do.

I recently visited chipotle, and it was an absolute nightmare. The restaurant was disgusting with food strewn all over the floor and tables. The employee seem to be nowhere in sight, and a few there were there were just texting away on their phones. It was a truly gross experience, and I was not impressed at all.

On top of our food being delayed when going in person, I actually got sick once it was consumed assuming I had eaten a bug. I officially had food poisoning and my wife found not 1, but 2 beetles in her veggie bowl. Photo attached for proof. To top it all off, NO RESPONSE FROM CHIPOTLE.

I know it’s really not fair to judge a fast food joint these days because you go there KNOWING they’re going to suck. But I would at least expect the steak to be hot…..or . maybe even a little warm…. but the few tiny bits of steak were ice cold like they’d been in a refrigerator all night. I hadn’t been to one of these places in years because they sucked way back then too. Nothing changed. Still awful.

I ordered through DoorDash but when I received my order it’s was wrong. I called Chipotle 5 times through yesterday and today! I got no response! DoorDash was not the one responsible! I took pictures as well! I worked a 14 hour shift and was really looking forward to my chips and queso!

To say the workers here are lazy is an understatement. There was one hard working kid there trying to keep the boat afloat but that was it. I witnessed some small guy take gloves off and put them on 4 times trying to avoid responsibility. About 10 workers all doing online orders ignoring the 2 people in line. It was pretty pathetic. This occurred about 2 months ago. Go to the one on old carriage where work ethic still exists.

This is by far the worst Chipotle store I’ve ever been to. They never keep ingredients stocked, the service is super slow, and the hand sanitizer was empty for over a month that you walk past every time you go in to order food. Absolutely no management or leadership. Over the course of a few months of going there and making complaints through their website I’ve seen 0 changes for the better, the store only continues to disappoint me. Started making the further drive to my local Qdoba instead where they actually know how to keep food stocked and get you in and out quickly.

I went in to the restaurant at about 9 PM and the restaurant was extremely dirty inside and they had most of the food put up on the back counter and had to wait several minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there even though they saw me. They appeared to be more interested in closing the restaurant than serving people coming in and this is ridiculous if they are trying to do business. They had to go to the back 3 times for ingredients for my burrito and took almost 10 minutes to make it at the counter. This may be one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in literally hundreds of them across the United States.

I live by this chipotle. Because of our work schedule we get food here about once a week. I have never once gotten a bag of chips the way they are supposed to be. I can barely bite them they are so stale…every. single. time.
