Honestly the food and the service from the woman who was currently working her shift when I had ordered my Chicken Breast Teriyaki Bowl (substituted with Fried Rice instead), were both absolutley extraordinary! By far “HANDS-DOWN” the BEST food & service I have EVER experienced at any single Joy Teriyaki establishment! Just Wonderful, A++ Worthy, For Sure

The place is a little outdated but the food is great and fast. Its recent leaving it reopened its lobby again so we appreciate that. But overall we love coming here and the owner is very nice and the girls that work the front counter are also very nice and do a good job at their work. We like to see in the restaurant but take out is great too. They have strong containers so it won’t spill.

Really do not bother eating at this location. Spicy chicken breast is thin slices of deli lunch meat with chili sauce poured over it. Stir fry veges are cooked to mush. And all for the low price of $22.73.

I was just trying to order over the phone who ever the lady that’s there working is so rude. .. had to repeat my order 2 times to her and they charge $4 for each meal if you want fried rice. first time I hear of this in any teriyaki restaurant just don’t even bother eating here much nicer people at their other locations right up the road next to metro pcs

Worst service and chicken quality, tried to help small business but they do not deserve it, bought kung pao chicken, the chicken did not taste well, freezer burn and seems old, black in color, weird taste and chicken teriyaki was not grilled well, Panda express have better chicken quality than this place, plus they did not allow restrooms for customer. See pix. All food went in garbage bin. They do deserve zero stars.
