Update. I misjudged this place the first time. I rated it 4 stars because I thought it was just average mall pizza. However I must say that it is quite good. I’ve been back 8-9 times. I mean its not like gourmet pizza but its good for quick and fast pizza. At $8.99 for two slices and a soda its a good deal. Some of the other pizza by the slice places in KC charge $$6-$8 for just one slice. I want to try the pasta, wings or sandwiches but haven’t seem any reviews or photos.

I used to come here several times a week on my lunch break. I couldn’t resist. The food is SO delicious. Slices are huge and fresh, and there’s always a good variety. The staff is fast and super friendly. I would go out of my way to get a slice of their pizza or lasagna. Nick’s is a staple in downtown KCK, where the community has flocked to their excellent cuisine for years. You won’t be disappointed.

I hadn’t been here in years. I was very excited to get a Stromboli. I was disappointed, it was burnt. I know she saw this as she wrapped it. Take pride in your food. I know $5.45 wasn’t much to you but it was to me.

The food is amazing, they have a white spinach pizza that I love, and their stroboli is magnific! Bad thing, they ate only open 10:00 to 4:30 Mon-Friday. Definitely worth parking and going in.

A Real Dump. Where do I begin? The ceiling was caving in, the smell of mildew consumed the dining room. Light fixtures were missing, brown spots on the walls. And the food…well, it was sitting out in the open on a glass shelf (where the flies had first grabs) before they reheated it to serve. Have a great time…but please be Advised. I think I’ll head downtown next time.
