Has three cash registers. Only one in use at a time. Line is more time than not wrapped around the store by the drink coolers. Doesn’t matter if it’s 7:30-8:00 in the morning on the weekdays or noon on Saturday. Very poor management

They can’t ever get orders correct. Their wings aren’t sauced at all, it’s just frozen wings put in an oven. I called about my order being incorrect and they offered to have the pizzas remade. I asked multiple times for the lady on the phone to confirm with me what toppings were going to be used and I got the same “ok, we’ll have that done for you soon” response every time I asked until I just gave up and hung up the phone. I wouldn’t recommend buying hot food here and I wouldn’t recommend the gas either. You can go right down the street not even 5 mins and get gas cheaper at marathon.

I ordered pizzas a few months ago to be delivered. The person on the phone repeated my order and told me my price. Never showed up. When I called they said they didn’t have my order. Tonight I ordered 3 large pizzas said can be picked up in an hour. Went to pick up pizzas an hour 5 minutes later, they haven’t even started them. They told my son when he went to get them that they told me on the phone they would start my order in an hour. WTH. Never heard of a place telling you that. Plus it was a big lie.

While the evening manager does not bother to call customers back about refunds on an order they made a mistake on, the ASSISTANT manager went out of her way to fix our problem, and was extremely patient with me especially as annoyed as I was at the time. After being overcharged quite a bit on pizzas, we had called and asked for it to be fixed. We waiting 3 days for a callback, got nothing, so I called and the assistant manager was a lot more helpful and knowledgeable than the manager. Needless to say after this fiasco I won’t bother ordering pizza from them again, the 5 stars is for the assistant managers customer service.

Terrible customer service. I ordered pizza online, it took an hour for the order to be complete and ready to pick up. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to service me to pick up my order with no other customers waiting. Employees stood in the kitchen, and many of them even looked at me, but received no service. Would never recommend ordering any food here.

While at Casey’s tonight, we ran into grab our 3 pizzas. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting to get someone over to help us. Then it took them another 10 minutes to find our order, which turned out to be 2 burnt pizzas and 1 missing its toppings. The cashier handled it well and was very polite about it. However, we still stood there for 35 minutes.

When I had a problem when i paid for gas and the cashier thought I paid $10 not $15 and she was really nice and helped me right away. The loyalty points have helped me so much when if I dont have enough cash for a drink. For the loyalty points you dont have to have 500+ it just takes 250 and you can redeem them at the checkout. Store is very clean and the checkout is quick and easy. The trash outside the pumps are never full. definately recommend getting your gas here!
