Extremely rude and horrible customer service !! The manager was screaming at me for no reason . I am a dasher and I came to drive thru to get order one person said it was okay to get order and other person refused to give me order and made me come in lobby . So I did. I showed my screen to the person who was giving me the order which was the manager . Instead of her looking at screen to confirm order she continued to scream what’s the order number ! I said it’s on the screen , she refused to give me order even though I showed her the multiple times. I unassigned order because it was only $4 and to much drama it was not worth my time , energy , and gas . I advise no one to come here !! I just went across the street to save mart and just experienced A1 customer service!!! A complete difference

Oh god where do I start, the customer service is terrible and the food is NEVER fresh even if I order my food fresh it is never fresh! This is the McDonald’s closest to my house and I always driver further to get fresh McDonald’s. Big Mac not so big anymore. Had a MAC ATTACK. I don’t eat much fast food anymore so I was excited…but $11 later I was sorely disappointed…the iconic McDonald fries were cool and rubbery, the Small Mac was also cool…I tried to Nuc them…I live just around the corner so they didn’t cool down that much on the way home…I called and the manager did offer replacement fries but who wants to get back into a car and drive once you are home? .The good news is, the quality and price will keep me from eating McDonalds for a while.
