Don’t expect to get normal requests made without having them remake it, and when they do remake it, be sure you anticipate passive aggressive performance, despite how kind and understanding you were when pointing out all of the upgrades you were charged for didn’t make it to the food in your bag.

The photo speaks for itself. That’s supposed to be a black bean cheesy gordita crunch. The service and quality at this location are lacking. Drive thru slow. Employees don’t know what’s going on, someone took payment and the very next time they opened the window, they asked if I’d paid yet.. sad this is the closest one to me but I won’t go back

Absolute garbage. I came home after a long day of classes at UTD, so I was starving and traffic had me livid. I ordered a lot of food, all of my favorites. After I left I started to eat in the car immediately only to find all I got was nachos I didn’t want. I was halfway home and turned around to get this figured out. They remade my order and gave it to me and let me keep the messed up order. But when I got home I realized these bozos GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN. Not a single thing I ordered was in either bag. I’m beyond mad. I’m not going back at this point. I tried to call but they must not have a working call like because it auto failed every time after I tried forever. Finally, the employee at the window who gave me my food originally and who greeted me the second time must have been high out of his mind. Stoned to the gills. I thought it was funny until now that my order was completely fumbled twice in a row, the second time the manager handing me the bag as if he fixed anything.

Horrible customer service. Waited for over 30mins during my lunch for my food that they hadn’t even started. It was obvious they prioritize online orders. I asked for a refund and was told “We don’t give refunds. Our store doesn’t allow them” Asked for a receipt (ordered on Kiosk) They ended up giving me a refund but really didn’t want to give me the receipt. Manager has her HS employees speak for her despite being the one “in charge” lol.

First off, not everyone likes Taco Bell, and I get that, but I genuinely do. I like their vast menu, their operating hours, how economical their choices are, and the ease of which I can get what I want. Every time I have visited this location the staff has been friendly, attentive and my order is always completed correctly.

To say this place is disgusting is an understatement. The food is always wrong and packaged poorly. I recently ordered three soft tacos without lettuce. They all came with lettuce and they were wrapped on such a way that undoing the wrapping caused the taco to spill out. Spend slightly more and go to the Taco Casa down the street.
