Stopped at Arby’s on a long road trip and equally long day. I screwed up an order and when I arrived I talked to Erin. She was able to fix my order and went above and beyond. She turned around my day that was going south! She even said “well we can’t have your day end like this” and fixed a problem I caused. I’ve never met nicer staff in my life. We ended up staying for shakes after our meal too!! Thank you!!!

OMG the new ribeye sandwich is great. Chris the cook and Anika the cashier suggested this sandwich. I have never tasted Arby’s ribeye. I have to say is it is like going to a premier restaurant it is just as good. Thank you guys for a new meal and I will be coming back on grave shift. Most grave shift make u feel like ur bothering them. This shift at this location was warm and inviting even asked me to come back and service them so I felt grateful.

Don’t waste your time coming here if anyone is there to take your order your fries and food will likely come out cold. I have yet to get warm fries in the half a dozen times I’ve been there.

Ordered a RB sandwich with red onion got a Beef n Cheddar. Ordered Mozz stick – asked for sauce – no sauce. Ordered Chicken Bacon Swiss no cheese – double cheese. Over paid kids that aren’t able to work a drive thru register. Called manager and was told I had to come to store for a refund. Given the excuse they were new (several months open) and short staffed (4 ppl working with nobody in lobby or drive thru but me). Stay away from this arbys and maybe it’ll close down and we can get a better place to eat. Disappointed and disgusted.
