I was getting a friend out of the hospital and could only have soft foods I called and order soup and grilled cheese. The guy Gary answered the phone was so nice and when we picked up the food the service was great and it was the best sweet tea I’ve had in awhile. Definitely a good place with awesome people. Thank you Gary for your awesome personality you made my day just a little better.

Not one single customer at this place at 3:00 in the afternoon. I pull up to the window to place an order and come back in 10-15 minutes. Only to be told she won’t take my order from there. I have to come in or call. Meanwhile, not one paying customer is there. The only other employees l see, one has their arms folded leaning against the wall and the other is outside sitting down and playing on their phone. Please don’t even try and eat here. Nothing but kids run this place and they couldn’t care less if you stop in as long as they get paid for doing nothing. Absolutely nothing.

I got choose 2, rueben sandwich and pecan salad, omg the freaking best!!! My husband got a spud with chili and a turkey sandwich, he was highly satisfied and that’s hard to do. We will definitely be coming back. Very very yummy.

Stopped by on our way home from Indy and very disappointed. It’s a new place but please retrain your employees. Ordered online and once we got to the pickup window employee asked what we wanted. Once I explained I had an online order and was told they didn’t have the order I was parked. Employee came out after a bit saying they had no potatoes and wanted to know what we wanted to do. We changed order to a sandwich. Got a brownie for the inconvenience. Drove home to find out the sandwiches were pathetic. All the meat and cheese was wadded into a ball in the middle of the sandwich. Also, when I paid online it asked to include a tip. I normally decline giving tips online and wait til I pickup order. When I checked my receipt there was a tip automatically added even though I punched in zero. Didn’t appreciate that since I got poor service. Won’t stop there again.

Update** Manager is now refusing to refund me and the corporate customer service line is no help! I would highly recommend going somewhere else to get a cheap meat sandwich! Arby’s is next door and at least you know what you’ll get from them! Service was horrible! Waited 45 minutes for a pick up and watched 4 employees play on their phones while telling me they were backed up and REFUSED to give me a refund! REFUSED TO REFUND ME AND MADE ME TAKE THE FOOD!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

VERY slow. Placed my order on the app at 11:29 and here I sit at 11:55 with no food still. Will update with the actual time if I ever get my order. UPDATE: asked for a refund at 12:00 after several others got their food before us.
