I often eat at Church’s Chicken a few times a month but more often when I have a coupon. I visited this location: 820 S Walton Walker Blvd, Dallas, TX 75211 on Monday and Wednesday because my favorite Church’s is temporarily closed and under construction. The manager (Cecilia) told me that she couldn’t except my coupon because I had used one on the previous trip even though the coupon clearly says (LIMIT ONE PER VISIT, PER DAY) Why do these restaurants put out these promotions if they’re not going to honor them? They just lost a customer but I’m definitely going to put the word to as many customers of this location and see if they treat them the same.

On 05/18/2023 around 2045hrs I ordered the 10 peice special with 12 jalapeños bombers. The cashier advised me to wait while the frash batch of spicy chicken are been cooked. Moments later the fresh batch were added to the tray, I watched the female cashier picked all the old ones for my order, I asked the lady to fill my order with the fresh cooked chicken, instead of following my request, she argued the pieces she picked were still hot. I insisted for her to replace the old ones, she only picked out 3 pieces of chicken in the box and replaced them with smaller pieces from the fresh batch. Further more, she counted 11 pieces of jalapeños bombers instead of 12 pieces as I paid for. She handed my order to me as if I was annoying to her. Yet she was been extra friendly to the Spanish speaking customer, but sudden change of attitude when dealing with English speaking customer.

Normally when i come here I have no problems , but this week when I came here it wasn’t good. I asked for three legs 2 regular and one spicy chicken, 3 biscuits and two fries my total was 10.99 that’s fine. When I got my order I didn’t check it, my mistake. When I got home I had two spicy chickens and one regular and I also had two legs and one thigh I asked for 3 legs. This meal was for me and my two girls, they do not eat spicy chicken. So I had to go back to get it fixed. when I arrived their and explain to them what I order, they where confused. Mostly Hispanic workers so it was probably a language barrier, anyway she explain to me that I would have to pay the difference of five dollars because I wanted all legs which is what I ask for, it doesn’t cost 5 dollars for one leg, I’m not sure if they can do math or what but that was ridiculous, so i just ended up getting two legs one thigh all regular because it seemed hard for them to comprehend what i wanted. She apparently charge me for a combo which I didn’t ask for. Maybe she figure it was cheaper. It didn’t matter to me I order 3 legs and that’s what I wanted no matter the price but instead of asking me they just charge me a combo. Anyways I will never eat at this location again they made me feel like I was in the wrong and they didn’t take no responsibility and argue with me.

On our way home from DFW National Cemetery 200 Mountain Creek Parkway after seeing our Dad’s grave. We stopped here to eat Churches chicken, $20+tax 10pc leg & thigh spicy meal with sides 5-biscuits, 5-jalapenos, lrg- mashed potatoes w/brown gravy, & lrg- cole slaw. Dined in for lunch & it was hot fresh & delicious. Keep up the good work.

Not really any problem with the food but the newer girl who works the inside Register has a bad attitude and seems to be hard of hearing. She is the shortest girl there and started a few months ago.. On multiple occasions I have had to tell her 4 times what I want because she forgets within 10 seconds. Either that or she just doesn’t care. Today I saw her get snappy with 3 consecutive customers. One was simply misunderstanding because the girl wasn’t paying attention to the ladies order, and because of that caused confusion and an incorrect order. Then had the nerve to try not to fix or refund it . The lovely manager came and fixed the issue. The new girl may want to fix her attitude because in that neighborhood, someone may fix it for her.

I just made an order of the feed 8 people for $30 so it comes with 24 chicken tenders and I only got 20 so I am missing bore and it looks like there are all really small they look like chicken nuggets I am not satisfied I am very upset that my children are not going to be full with what I paid for I was hoping for customer satisfactory. I usually get the $20 pack one but this time I wanted to try the $30 one but it is like a $20 Pack one I am not a satisfied customer I am about to call them right now.
