We call in our order before arriving, and typically only wait a short time. Very friendly and helpful. Always fresh and plenty of food! We order the chicken & steak with extra veggies. It’s just so good!!

Hibachi Box is some of the best hibachi anywhere hands down! The rice is seasoned perfectly. The meats are flavorful its hard to not overeat because they give you so much food- you can eat it for days! It is kind of pricey for East End but such is life. The people are very friendly as well. Its everyone we know’s hibachi place, and ours too!

I love the food. However, i am big on customer service. We always place our order 30 minutes ahead of time, at the least. We placed our order today to get there and be told our order was given to someone else. A discount for the inconvenience was never offered. We stay on a schedule, with 2 small children. Our time is valuable as much as theirs. We had to wait twice as long for our food to be done. Customer service is not the best.
