My recent encounter with Domino’s Pizza left me utterly disappointed and appalled. I cannot stress enough how strongly I would advise against patronizing this establishment. With a lack of basic hygiene practices, abysmal customer service, and an unprofessional demeanor, this Domino’s franchise falls woefully short of even the most basic expectations.

The ordering was wonderful but the delivery driver Vanessa was terrible. She had called and asked about my house (which I gave her a detailed description of multiple times) and then she did a big sigh and hung up on me so I decided to ease her frustration and meet her on the street. I ordered contactless delivery and she got upset that I went out to meet her and very rudely told me “you didn’t even let me do my job” so I responded “yes because you hung up on me so I wanted to make sure you found it” and then started muttering names under her breath. I have never had an interaction like that (I work in service industry)

First, the staff here is amazing! Always polite and do a good job with my orders. This Domino’s is pretty good. When I just want a basic pizza that won’t get into the 35+$ range, this is my go-to place. I like the 5.99$ carryout – it’s a good deal. I usually get the med 2 topping and 6 wings, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. So, yes, for what it is, I give this Domino’s 5 stars for great service, constancy in food quality and good prices.

Knew they were going to be busy tonight, so ordered @11:25am for 5:45pm delivery. Called at 6pm when tracker showed pizzas not yet in oven. Employee was extremely rude, and said they were way behind because they had 100 orders for the same time. If they can’t handle the volume, they shouldn’t have taken the orders. Their fault, not mine. Right now it’s an hour after the delivery time and still no pizza. And the group of boys I ordered these 4 pizzas for are already gone, having to do fast food drive through on the way to their event.
