The food was cold and however the service was extremely, and I mean ridiculously slow. We waited exactly 29 minutes, the man was kind enough to let me know, for three tortas consisting of meat that we were informed at the 15 minute point was already ready, cold items, and two orders of fries which were served cold. The only warm item we received was the cheese on one of the fries. The cashier moved insanely slow, and we are in no way complaining that orders are prepared in order, we are complaining about the girl preparing the plates literally moving so slow. Everything is prepared in an open space, we can see y’all. We were met with rudeness when asking about our order. We were originally going to post this review with 5 stars, but after that terrible customer service and COLD food that took 29 minutes to prepare, y’all need the impact of a negative review. One of the cashiers is giving out 20% discounts for good reviews, so take them with a grain of salt.

It’s been I while since I had such an excellent Torta , I had a chicken Torta with Buffalo sauce, and the chicken was nicely cooked and moist with a pretty good soft bread and fresh vegetables, I will definitely drop by again!

I had the avocado torta, which was absolutely delicious. Unlike most places they were generous witht the amount of avocado they put in the torta, ensuring that the bread to avocado ratio was perfect. The torta came withe cheese, jalapeños and tomato.
