I don’t normally write reviews but, this is an exception! I ordered online delivery, and apparently delivery for this Marcos, ends at 11:30, and I missed that (my typical self ), so I called and told them that I didn’t have a way out there to get it, and then decided that I could probably walk down, and get my son’s car, to drive out there. The man on the phone was SUPER nice, and he made the choice to find someone to bring it to me, so that I didn’t have to try and get out there. Then, the guy that delivered it, was SUPER nice, as well. I did leave a tip from my card, but this is one of those moments where I wish I had had, cash on hand, to give him another tip! I work in a restaurant, and I know how frustrating these types of situations can be, but I was treated with respect and ultimate kindness, which makes me want to go above and beyond for our own customers. I went in with 6 of my grandbabies. They couldn’t have been nicer. The whole place was really clean. I’m a Certified Dietary Manager, so I do look before I eat. Super Clean. We ate outside because it was a beautiful day. They brought our pizzas out with a highchair! Treated us like family. I wish I could give them even more stars!

My husband and I have always gotten great pizza the service has always been great as well. Today we got a thin crust pizza we asked for squares when we were on our way to get our pizza my husband got a call that they messed up cutting the pizza and had cut it the original way rather than squares we said that it was okay not that big of a deal when we got there to get our pizza they gave us a free two liter for messing up our order it was very nice and great to see Marcos actually cares for their customer!

Ordered a chicken club sandwich at 9:40pm. Hot, fresh and the bread was crisp on the edges. I loved it. The staff was friendly enough I smiled and felt welcome. Thank you Marcos pizza for my late night dinner ❤

They have no customer service. They also can’t train new people very well either. Because I called to order and they mute me or whatever the call was lost. I called back finished my order I thought. A hour later I call back to see where my order is. They told me it wasn’t order because the call was lost.

I had ordered cinnasquares and cheesy bread and my order was delivered 20 minutes before the said time. Along with being delivered early they forgot the frosting for the cinnasquares and the frosting is the very best part. Like that’s not cool bro. But true cheesy bread was good
