DO NOT EAT HERE!!! service was horrible, so many workers standing around, but none of them assist you when you ask for help, like what? ordered 2 medium fries.. both were half filled and nuggets seemed very mushy. also was not given 2 of my cups with my kids meal and ask for them twice and still did not receive the cups!!! overall, food was not that pleasant, and service was a 0/10, so if you think about going to this mcdonalds, just keep driving, not worth it at all unless you feel like wasting money and dealing with a lack of customer service.

Horrible experience. I’ve passed and been to this McDonald’s numerous times and three times so far, my drink was forgotten. Previous times this was handled appropriately. This time, it was outrageous. As I alerted an employee. I believe the manager or someone working the shift came outside and decided to complain. She repeatedly stated “I know what I charged you for”. She processed to not give my my drink and seemed to have such a strong attitude. Not only did I get charged extra for a drink I didn’t receive, I payed for such a horrible attitude. I’m sure it’s not every worker there, but what happened today was unacceptable. If you want to feel respected and receive better quality and what you asked for, then I request better options around. 0/5, never going again. If this seems horrible, other reviews seem more disturbing.

My family and I stopped here to get something to eat before we got to New Orleans for a business meeting. We came into an empty restaurant except for a young man making sandwiches on the line. After waiting literally for ten minutes and seeing no one I asked the young man if anyone else was working that could take our order so he went to get someone. A lady came up front who I am assuming is a manager and very rudely asked the young man, “Is it her?” So I said yes ma’am it is me, we’re all together and we just wanted to be able to place an order. She rolled her eyes and said, “well you can make it on the kiosk.” I tried to explain we didn’t know how to use it so she sighed and said, “Just don’t worry about it, what do you want??”
