don’t buy the food here. I was watching a girl make my sandwich she left it unattended and bare on a messy counter with no napkin or anything underneath. very unsanitary. and my mini bagels were cold. i would’ve asked for a refund but i already waited more than 20 minutes in the store for the sandwich and the two cold bagels. only nice person was guy at the register and a woman who got right to us after her break i assume.

Hadn’t been to a Dunkin Donuts in 10 years….the girls there made buying breakfast fun….they were soooooooo busy yet they seemed to work together like a fine oiled machine…..especially “Brianna” don’t know correct spelling but I didn’t know they had all the breakfast sandwiches and stuff… I just thought it was donuts and coffee so I was asking her questions and she was so sweet to answer all of them… the sour dough sandwich I got was super delicious really surprised and the girl at the coffee bar who was making some coffees… I was asking her about them as she was making them and telling me all about them…. they just seem so happy to be there and if they weren’t I was fooled…..lol….. good job girls and ladies I will definitely check this place out again

Ordered and PAID through the app, from the SAME location I go to everyday. They said they had my order ready at the drive thru. Worker attempted to give me a whole order that was not mine. Then told me my order was “not at this location, and I must have ordered from the wrong one.” Left, checked my app, I DID order from the CORRECT location, and it shows they cancelled or reversed my order. Take my money and not give me my product and blame it on me. Thank you for the great service. Will never come back.

Took the babies out for dunkins for the first time 1st store we were gonna go to looked ran down and unsafe. So we continued down the road till we saw next dunkins went inside it wasn’t stocked tables dirty nobody wanted on us one lady just looked at us and continued doing what she was doing lady behind counter sneezed into shirt/hand didn’t wash hands just continued messing with cups walked out like nope we then went to a 3rd location and this was fantastic lady was super helpful i wish i had gotten her name to thank her .also a guy was real attenive as well .3rd store was alot better with everything then other 2 stores

I highly recommend that the employees be more voicsterous with orders. People are walking out with other people’s orders and some are not even being made and even sitting for long periods of time on the counter without knowing whose order it is. The staple donuts that Dunkin donuts says it should have or not being fulfilled. Being on a busy street like San Pedro, recommend that the owners are able to have staff in place that can get the orders out and call the orders out.

Greeted with a smile. In town for graduation and the daddy daughter donut Saturday was successful because of this awesome place that had 3 employees all very kind that greeted me instantly upon coming through the door. Coffee was very good (way better than the Shipley on Huebner that I’m “drinking” right now). Almost drove here from the Huebner Shipley’s, but the Dunkin’ location on Huebner saved the day.

Last 3 Pumpkin spiced lattes been heavy on the coffee and couldnt really tatse the sweet autumn Pumpkin im use to. My friend had some steak taco and said it waa chewy. 5 stars on the donuts ! But im not so sure anymore if ill get any more pumkin lattea here…

I went to this store on Saturday morning with my two children to get some breakfast. Amanda, the store manager, kept me waiting and didn’t want to take my order. After another employee took my order, she asked that employee to go to the drive through window. She could have prepared my order, but she didn’t. Instead, she took the order of the white man who came in after me and prepared his drink immediately. I had to wait for the employee who took my order to return from the drive through window and prepared my drinks. The guy came after me got his drink and left. My children and I were still waiting. I told Amanda that she purposefully skipped my order. She denied. The moment I walked out of the door, she said “I will purposefully skip your order next time.” My 14-year-old daughter, who was yet out of the door, heard that. So did the employee who was there. I confirmed with them when I went back to the store to complain. There will be no next time. I will not return to that store. This is blatant discrimination again Asian people.

I asked for my sandwich to be on a English muffin, instead I get a croissant. I also asked for 2 sugared donuts I got two powdered sugar donuts. 2 completly different kind of donuts. Not only did if I have to wait long but to get my food wrong too. I can understand wait when your busy filling orders correctly but not this. Plus only 5 hashbrowns? Come on now some one needs to step up the employees game.
