Don’t bother ordering on DoorDash or anywhere online. You’ll just wait for an hour with no update on the app and then the food just never comes. I’ve ordered here 4 times and actually gotten food once. Waste of time and money, you can’t even get a refund for it on DoorDash because Jimmy John’s “delivers” (keeps) their own orders

I should have known better than to order from this location again. 1 tuna sandwich super soggy from riding around for an hour. I live .3 miles from there. I could have walked there, made my own sandwich and back to my home before they even made my sandwich. Freaky Fast…? A snails pace is faster than this place. Youd think its because i never tip, but i always do, this time 25%. Would love to have that back. Sadly, this isnt the first time this has happened. My wife tried to talk me out of it but I figured it’s been several months and they might have changed…? Nope. When you call their number its some random mailbox that isnt even set up so you can’t complain, or get your tip refunded. Guess they dont take phone orders there or the business is so bad they have the phone disconnected. The lackadaisical owner has zero regard for their business and how poorly the customers are treated. Don’t waste your time or money. There are literally hundreds of other options that will be better than going near this place. Never again JJ!

First time here at this location and decided to try the new caprese sub. Store seemed nice and clean with one person having their lunch at a booth. Wasn’t really greeted then said I would like to try the new sub. Was charged a $1 more than the menu board advertised. Was handed my sub with receipt and a couple of napkins without being in a bag. Got home and thought a caprese sub would come with tomatoes on it. Guess not. This was on 4/10/23 just before noon.

There are a few reasons why I like Jimmy John’s. (1) They have opened enough locations in our area that no matter where you are, you can eat a sub or have one delivered, (2) and if you do delivery, they are known for fast delivery! (3) I personally love the fact that they give you option to take half the bread out, which is like, or you can leave it in if that’s your thing. My only issues are that there are many subs that don’t include cheese and if you want cheese (which most people do), you have to pay an extra $1 for it. REALLY?!? And the only other complaint I have is consistency. There are many times when I get my sub and its amazing, exactly the way I ordered it and when they make it like that, I love it! But there are some times when it’s not made the same. They may put Extra when I ordered EZ, or vice-versa and many times I choose the option to have it cut in half, and they just don’t do it. I just wish they could be more consistent. Be Awesome all the time!

I didn’t care for the staff. They made it uncomfortable and were’nt very inviting. They were so fast the guy walked away without giving me my change as he was in a hurry to leave. It was just 38cents so I left, didn’t want to deal with it. Bread was fresh, lettuce a little rusted. The bread to filling ratio way off, so much bread.

Horrible horrible service. Said they only had one driver. And he was on a bike. No explanation about what kind of bike. But me and my friend waited forever. Will definitely not order from this Jimmy John’s again. Very fishy. Especially when their call back number shows up as.. Tango’s furniture direct!

Ordered sub at 8:12 on 6/26, Sub took 2 hours to be delivered. Called a few times to check in on progress, lady who answered phone was very kind and explained the delivery driver was riding a bike to deliver everyone’s sandwiches and offered a free bag of chips or cookies and called the delivery man to check on my food. Gentleman who delivered my food was very kind and both of these employees went above and beyond. Sandwiches were still good when they got here so cant complain.

One of two sandwiches were made correctly. The one that was not prepared correctly was supposed to have Dijon mustard and no mayonnaise. Can you guess how they prepared it? I will now drive farther than 45 minutes to go to a better JJ’s. If you don’t mind the lack of attention to detail, this location is for you. During these times of budgetary constraints, it is truly unfortunate to get service like this when you do choose to spend the money to treat yourself.

I used to be Jimmy John’s biggest fan, ordering from there twice a week, sometimes more. Tonight was the worst experience I have had. I ordered 3 sandwich meals. I got 2 sandwiches, one was correct the other, not so much. Then a whole sandwich not even in my order. I called to ask where the other one was and was told that they couldn’t make my order correctly because they have a catering to do for 7. It’s 610 ♀️…then the lady hung up on me when I asked her when I could expect my refund. I also asked what I was supposed to do with half an order. Go figure.

This JJ subs are nasty along with the customer service ! The night manager do not care about the quality of the food that’s goes out the door. Nothing like JJ’s Downtown Wilmington! Happy their back open until 9pm now !
