I found this gem while working in Ft Lupton. I stopped by Burrito Delight and I’m glad I did. I ordered a delicious Bacon Breakfast burrito and it was great and the best part is that it was only $5. The other restaurants around town are 9-12 after tip.

This is the only good Mexican I’ve had in the year I’ve lived in Colorado. I never leave this place unsatisfied. Everything I’ve ordered has been excellent. I just stopped in and got a whole box of tacos, made fresh, for under $6. You always have a several minute wait (not an excessive amount of time) bc they cook it when you order it. It’s worth the short wait for hot food.
