The baby back pork ribs are amazing. Best bbq that we have had anywhere on Maui. This place is a bit of a dive-bar and that makes it all the better. Great local ambiance, NOT a touristy spot. If you like bbq, you need to try this place.

The ribs were very good. Well smoked and sauce was good with the ribs. Also had the chicken which was enjoyable. My favorite was the baked beans. Very rich in flavor and hearty. To end my meal the person came to us with hot washcloths to clean our hands. Love this attention to details. Don’t pass this place up when you are visiting Wish I took photos but was too busy eating.

Its a Sunday earlier afternoon around 4:30 so I’m not sure if that was the issue. The server gave us a food menu. Our first response is there a happy hour his comment yea 3 dollar beers. Ok so we took two. Took our order brought us a full rack of ribs with steak fries and baked beans. Now as I said was around 5 maybe one other family and a few people at the bar. We received our meal in good time.Steak fries were fresh and hot that’s where the good ends. Ribs were look warm at best not a lot of sauce. Stopped our server to ask for more sauce and received it. Never stopped and asked how was the meal need another beer any desert nothing. Picks up the plates leaves the bill. Well guy now you know why the tip was one dollar. Get a personality if you don’t like vacationers not sure if that was the issue hang a sign outside the door. Very bad experience would never recommend it to anyone one

This place is off the beaten path but is definitely worth it! I had the full rack ribs and was not disappointed, at the end of the meal was given hot towels to clean up with. the wife had the shrimp which was a good portion along with the Portuguese bean soup which she loved.
