I visited this location on August 5th and still wanted to leave a good review a week later! I live 2 hours away and this was better than any poke bowl I’ve had in my own hometown! And the shrimp shumai was cooked perfectly. I paired it with a Lychee drink and overall this place was a 10/10. Fantastic on customer service as well. There were two female employees & one male working that day and they all were so nice. Y’all are great and truly deserve 10 stars. If I could grab a bite here everyday I totally would! Lol. I will definitely be returning! Keep it up

I would highly recommend the poke bowls at Pokey. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food definitely hit the spot, so to speak. While the outside may be unassuming, you won’t be disappointed with your order at this restaurant!

One of my favorite Poke/Ramen spots when I travel! They have a lot of topping options when you create your own bowl. Several meat choices are available as well. The service is always fast and friendly! Limited drink options. While you can eat here, it’s more of a take-out spot.

Food is fresh, it is like sushi food in rice and or soft taco roll, interesting enough you can order in any fashion, they do have like 8 different condiment sauces you can try ranging from mild, sweet and extremely hot depending on your taste buds. (((Now comes))) the delicious part is where they shine! They have fresh brewed bubble tea! I ordered regular green tea with 70% sugar and they looked at me odd lol, then I ordered there famous Taro Milk Tea with Bubbles, they do have three fresh brew tea’s to choose from for your mix, They have black tea, green tea and something much harsher called oolong tea which is equally as delicious and fresh, probably because they are across the Norfolk IRS building, those long hours they put in that coffee can’t keep them awake. Bathroom: they are private single bathrooms that are wheelchair friendly and clean. Also they have paper towels which is a plus on my review since blowers have proven to spread germs (Look it up or bring your own Fluorescent light like I do) . although the door does not have a auto open button and is a little difficult to get through since you have 2 doors, the restraint overall feels nice and cool hence the two door protocol.

Great poke from here! I was excited to find a good poke place in Norfolk area. The service was very quick which I loved, he got all three of our bowls done all at once! I wish the protein scoops were bigger than they were because there’s so much toppings and rice but overall the toppings were delicious and I’d come back here. I got a Thai iced tea with boba and the boba was delicious and warm.

Fantastic build your own poke bowl. The serving was generous and the staff was accommodating. Great topping options. A guide describing them would have been nice, but the server was very informative. Lots of veggie and fruit options and crunchy bits. Seaweed salad topping! They also have build your own ramen, Mochi, gelato, and macaroons! Short hours sunday 3-9.
