first time there and was not disappointed. decent size menu but great options for a good price. food took about 20 minutes, so wife and I sat outside. the food was all so tasty. I got the beef rib platter with collard greens (phenomenal)and the candy yams were delicious. my wife had the crab cakes, very tasty and wasn’t filled with celery. she also had the potato salad and green beans. Definitely will be going back to try the crab legs.

Very friendly and personable service! The food was delicious, especially the whiting. The grits were cooked to perfection and the pancakes and French toast were nice and fluffy. The chef delivered our food to us in the outdoor seating area and checked on us after our meal. Looking forward to coming back for dinner soon!

The staff of By Land or Sea LLC provided outstanding customer service. We had the BBQ beef ribs and my father thought they were delicious. I had the shrimp, they were tender and flavorful. My daughters had the hot dogs which came with fries and a soda for only $5. We were all pleased with our selections.

Look at the photo, I guess I didn’t like it lol…. I wish I had a photo of the before! We picked up a Family Pack with Beef Ribs, Mac and Cheese and Yams. When we opened the pan with the ribs both my wife and I got excited! The dog came running and tried to climb on the counter lol… my teenage son emerged from his room after putting his controller down… The Ribs and Yams sooooo good! Owner was so nice (not to mention hard working)! You will be seeing us again real soon! And hopefully a few of our friends too!

Just got in from a yummy dinner. We have wanted to go there for a while but it was always on our way to or from. We should have stopped a long time ago. Delicious!!!! Chief Paul has blackened down like nothing we have had in a while. Everything is homemade. Best coleslaw I’ve ever had. My husband said the same. The collard green and corn bread were excellent also! The BBQ ribs.. well.. just go. You won’t be disapointed. We ate outside. Peaceful and chill.

The chicken and waffles blew my mind! The chicken was so tender and flavorful. We also ordered the rib platter which was solid. The sides were amazing, we got the backed mac n cheese and the candies yams, and each bite was sensational. We ended up running back in to order seconds to take home for later! We will definitely be returning, I can’t believe this place has never shown up in google searches for ‘food near me!’

on a rainy sunday night we were looking for somewhere new to try. My wife found this place so decided to try it. we got the chicken and waffles,BBQ Chicken leg meal, and chicken wing meal. The sides (corn on the cob, cole slaw , and French fries. EVERYTHING was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Veey friendly staff incredibly reasonable pricing!!
