Be aware and watch how your food is prepared at the DEER PARK location: I ordered 2 milk shakes , while one was being prepared the other sat on the counter uncovered , another employee walk over to my preparer to show him something on his phone and the whole time they was looking , talking and laughing all of this was being done while standing directly over my “”uncovered”” shake… After the Ke-Ke stopped I had to ask him to make me another shake because of what I witnessed……The employee looked at me as if I had 3 heads resting on my shoulders………I don’t know the rules of 5 Fives but your attention shouldn’t be on a cell phone , nor should you be allowed to handle your dirty cell phone while your on the kitchen floor while preparing the customers food…..

Got burgers there the old guy put them on and couldn’t get them off to turn them broke them apart didn’t care a 2 guy then then pick the hamburger off grill and I said the guy broke the hamburger he didn’t even acknowledge 28.00 I think you should have took care of my food like you care about it not just smash it and tell us terrible used to be a good now cares about their work

Came in ordered, picked up the order. Came home. Opened the bag. And it was missing my most important piece which was mushrooms on the side. 2 ordered of them. Called the manager and he stated we must have been busy, (which they were not). And we forgot. Bad management Muhamad. Not what a customer wants to hear. You MUST check your bag because they really don’t care if they screw up. And $38 for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 shakes. That’s ridiculous

Pretty basic for the price. It filled me up and had decent taste. However the bacon was like shaved thin and non existent and the bread was pushed flat and kinda mushy from the juices. I like more textures in my burger and this is more of a mushy mouth feel overall. It’s not a bad place but it surely doesn’t stick out in a market with lots of great burgers under $20.
