Words and picture can’t describe the flavor ! I tasted so many different lobster rolls but nothing like this. The flavors are all there. Sweet , with a light touch of spice , fresh ,& crunchy . When I took the first bite I told my husband the flavors exploded and touch my soul. This food truck has Great customer service and high quality food. You will NOT be disappointed !

We tried the lobster roll at Solo Mia and it was delicious. The Coleslaw with the lobster had great flavors that complimented each other well. Definitely will be going back to try more.
