This place is awesome. Good quality ingredients and the vibe is peaceful. I got spicy broth which is pretty spicy (expect runny nose and watery eyes but in a good way) teriyaki chicken (SO GOOD) and veggies.

Teriyaki chicken, seaweed, broccoli, onions, spicy bowl was amazing, portion size was great. The kiosk is a cool way to order and customize your food without feeling rushed.

Excellent food and a Gluten Free noodle option! The menu is limited, but it’s done well. I enjoyed the tonkatsu broth. Great concept!

There were no customer service here at all. They had only two customers in the dining area. All tables were not clean at all. The workers were just talking and didn’t even bother to clean the tables. After we place our orders, we have to put the eaten bowls to the different table cause they were no clean table for us. We literally had to clean the table. I can’t believe that they don’t clean tables right after customers leaves. I would understand if they were busy but it wasn’t busy at all. The workers are just talking stories non stop and looking at their phones. And when my ramen came out, the broth wasn’t hot at all. The soup was like room temperature. Never had a ramen that was not temperature hot. It was just okay. I would go somewhere else for better ramen.

Omg so good! Bowls were $15, which we thought was high for a hybrid style spot, but the bowls were MASSIVE! We each had to take some to go.

I’ve been here twice, and it was delicious. Good spot for work lunch, and I also brought the wife who loved it too. Portions were great, but I haven’t been able to polish off the whole bowl yet.

Good food, friendly staff with great service. My significant other and I were driving through phoenix and had stopped by 15 minutes before they closed however they were happy to serve us and allow us to dine in. Our build our own ramen bowls loaded with toppings came out quick, hot and delicious. Would highly recommend the spicy miso broth!

First, and likely last time here. Too bad as it’s sooo close to home. The touch screen menu has no description of the choices. I’d left my phone at home, so my son was using Google to find out what the choices were. Would also have been helpful to have someone walk through the process of choosing a soup the first time. Yes, we did figure it out, but in fits and starts. For example, I had finished the options for my soup and was watching hubby. Wait! I didn’t know the list of add-ins could be scrolled down for more options!! And why is the seasoned egg on there at the top and at the bottom? Was one different from the other? Finally decided it was just duplicated. $3.50 seems a bit steep when already spending $17 for broth soup (with 1 egg). Now the food. Son and I got the Teriyaki Chicken. In a word, inedible, though my son gave mine and his a valiant effort. It was tough. Not sure if it had been left in a oil fryer too long or if it was dried out. We all got a seasoned egg. The yolk was cold and was a strange gel-like consistency. Hubby ordered his with tofu and was happy with that. We each had a different broth. According to Google, son said mine was chicken. It could have been hotter and was Abita too salty, but the noodles and other add-ins were fine. Hubby and son both liked their soups other than the chicken and the egg were both hard passes. Overall, there are much better restaurants for less than that nearby and several others in the Ranch 99 Market and surrounding yet to try. Likely won’t be back here.

I love ramen but unfortunately I wasn’t a fan of this spot. I got the tonkotsu build-your-own bowl with a soft boiled egg. The portion size was underwhelming, I left the restaurant not quite feeling full and my bill was $21 with a tip for just a bowl and nothing else. The soft boiled egg looked really odd – I have a feeling it had been cooked a while ago and had been sitting. I didn’t eat the yolk just in case. They also don’t bus tables soon after customers leave, so when you walk in you see many tables covered with previous guests’ used dishes. I’ll not be returning but I’m glad I tried it anyway.
