It would be great if the owner actually read these reviews, Do we have to message them on twitter to actually get the attention that this store needs new staff and training. Watery coffee, don’t expect anything in less than 30 minutes, expect to be late to work even if you budget extra time. Just one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I have ever been. Look in comparison at the Palm City Dunkin or even the Hobe Sound Dunkin’ they are great and everyone loves them. God forbid this store got a health inspection! I have tried several times over the years and it has always been the same results.

they are ALWAYS behind. they have no costumer service. they never have my order correct. WORSE BAGELS EVER. they never make coffee how it use to be. they sell old hard bread. i just don’t recommend anymore. they let anyone work there. and half of them have no respect!!! they get paid to do their job they need to learn how to do it correctly! health inspector needs to come get that place sorted. THEY ARE THE WORSE D.D I DONT RECOMMEND GOING !

My coffee was cold. I asked the girl to nuke it. She said she can’t do it. I said well then give me another cup of coffee. This coffee is cold and she said she can’t do that. I asked for the manager she said she’s not there. I spent seven dollars in Dunkin’ Donuts and got a cold cup of coffee that I had to throw out. I will not return to that store. It was a young black lady.

Staff was to busy talking to each other and after waiting for the 2 cars in front of me for a good 10min. One of which was parked to wait for their order I finally got my ice coffee but NOT the carmal one I ordered. Lesson learned is all I can say. Chances of going back to that DD =0

Arrived today at 11:40am 10/26 I ordered a medium ice coffee and a coffee cake muffin warmed up. I pull up to the window to pay for my order that has taken 10mins already, never complained about the wait time for just two item’s. The woman in the window hands me my drink and muffin. Before I pulled off I couldn’t help but notice the burnt smell coming from the bag, I tell the the cashier about it politely and she begins to argue that “oh it’s like that because you asked us to warm it up” I say no I order this all the time and it is not burnt. (She thinks a burnt muffin is ok??) she grabs the bag back and slams the window closed and throws a hissy fit to her coworker about the situation as if I cannot hear her. Totally uncalled for and unnecessary. Why would you hand somebody burnt food that obviously smells and looks burnt. All she had to do was apologize and replace the muffin that is ready for order.

I wanted to give benefit of the doubt that they are overwhelmed with orders, but have had multiple times where items were not included in my bags. Today I was the only customer and they didn’t hand me my donut until I asked for it, and my passion fruit coconut refresher was literally only coconut milk and nothing else.
