The worst taco bell I’ve ever pulled into. The service is trash. The building is ugly. The parking lot needs repaved. Overall this location should be demolished and the owners should be thrown in debtors prison for all the time they’ve wasted of the general public.

This is supposed to be a joint TB/LJS but every time I come they say they aren’t serving LJS. At this point the LJS should just close even though it’s the only one in MA. The drive thru times take forever and the staff have terrible attitudes. You can never get anyone on the phone either. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. If you want LJS don’t waste your time going here.

The worst business I have ever been to in my entire life. I cannot even believe I’m leaving a review like this or why I’m so bothered by it, long John silvers is only open when they want to be open. Their website says they’re 10:30-10pm, I just left at 8:30 on Friday and they said “we’re only taking Taco Bell orders” this has been the 4th time it’s happened to me. I’ve been to the West Roxbury location 5 times during business hours and have been able to get Long John Silvers one time. They never give a reason for it, every time it happens they say king John silvers closed shortly before the current time. Check their website and it says open till 10pm, not the Taco Bell website; the LONG JOHN SILVER website. Then try to call them, anyone try to call, I called them 11 times in a row and they will NOT pick up. LJS is usually cooked to order, so I can all about guarantee their lazy employees just don’t feel like cooking LJS when it’s ordered far less than Taco Bell. They should be put out of busy, absolute laziness. Worst business I’ve ever tried to get food from, they make McDonald’s look like Chic Fila. Scumbags.

By far the most slacker and unprofessional restaurant ive ever been to. Seriously these workers are a total embarassment, theyre too stupid to squirt beef into a taco shell. 35 minutes to wait behind 2 other people. Happened on 3 occasians for doordash. I cant even understand how someone can be so slow and so bad at their jobs. They were telling people behind me they are only serving doordash, no ordering taking through the window. The main entrance is always locked with no sign. These people are inept.

Worst service ever ! Ordered fish and shrimp. After paying for 2 meals I was told they were out of fish and would the regular shrimp be ok. I said It’s ok. I will have the chicken. She then said we are out of fish and chicken all we have is the regular size shrimp. I didn’t want that. But I said ok. She then handed me a box already made with 6 small shrimp overcooked and extremely hard fries. This was the worst meal I have had in a very long time. I wasn’t offered a refund.
