The food was delicious until, we found a piece of metal in chicken shawarma plate. Foreign object like metal in food raises serious concerns about the quality control and safety standards. It poses a potential risk to customers’ health and safety, hope Owners will got that comment and take it as feedback improvement, and customers will be aware!!!

One of the most delicious dishes I’ve had for lunch. Grilled chicken with rice. The owners and chef are all very friendly and the spot is an excellent small restaurant. The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, soft, tender, juicy, with a perfect color. The pita was also perfectly soft and aromatic. I highly recommend this place and the owners are a pleasure to speak with.

The food was delicious and ready quickly. The service was great, I wasn’t sure what to order and they were very helpful with suggestions. I thought at first it was a little pricey, but when I got home I saw that the combination plate came with enough food for 2 meals. I will definitely be going back.

The food is amazing. I’ve tried the spicy chili chicken and the shawarmas and it’s all been perfect. The shawarma fries are insane value for how much food it is and how delicious it is.

I dont normally review, but for this place I just had to! Its the best Mediterranean food in the west chicago suburbs. Zabiha halal and amazing portion sizes. Wraps and plates were amazing.

Excellent local Middle Eastern restaurant in Streamwood! I got the Combination Feast, which comes with rice(underneath the meats) and some vegetables. I also ordered the Felafel appetizer (4), and I got baklava for dessert. Their hot (red) sauce is really spicy! More spicy than other local pita shops. I loved the hot sauce but it is not for everyone.

The first couple of times I tried Pita BBQ, I was neutral. As a vegetarian, there are only a few items on the menu I can order. I typically got the Vegetarian Feast, which came with some falafel, babaganoush, hummus, salad, and a pita. I didn’t always care for the flavor as it seemed bitter to me. That was then. This is now. While I’m not sure if they have undergone new management, the flavors of the Vegetarian Feast have definitely changed; and for the better. I really enjoyed my order this time around and will be back soon. My partner, who does eat meat, really enjoys their chicken and gyros. He says they’re much better than other local establishments that offer similar fare such as Chiggy’s (Brandy’s) and Nana’s.

I used to love Pita BBQ and would get it whenever I visited my friends in the burbs. Over the past year or so, though, the quality has really slipped. The folks who are working are always nice, but tonight the food was just so bland and they were out of pickles (an absolute staple with falafel).
