Nice place, waitress was very nice. The steak in my CARNE ASADA FRIES was delicious and had a lot of flavor, I wish I would have just ordered the steak. Husband tried salmon fish & chips for the first time and said it was really good, fries were mediocre.

It’s EXTREMELY HARD to impress a gal born and raised (44+) in the heart of Los Angeles with a wet burrito! Silver Peak is absolutely the most amazing food in Winnemucca! To find a restaurant that knows what seasoning is without over salting is impossible here. There will be no place our family eats out at unless it’s here! You have to try the garlic fries and calamari apps. The pasta was to die for and the verde sauce on the burrito is full of flavor! Whatever you do don’t forget dessert omg the tiramisu! Num Num!! PS this is the cleanest restaurant in town and the owner has to be the sweetest women in Winnemucca!

Great place for dinner after a day on the road. Super nice staff! We arrived 10 minutes before closing time but were offered the full menu and no rush at all. Great food and attentive service. I’ll be back

I have to agree with all the other 5 star ratings. The place is super clean, in fact they wet clean tables instead of the usual “wipe the crumbs on the floor”. They were even cleaning the windows while I was there. The place is spotless. The staff are a 6 out of 5 and are super attentive and friendly. The food is actually very good as are the drinks. I would recommend visiting and I will certainly be returning as well. I was very impressed!

I had the Asada Fries appetizer for my meal, they were great. but for 13 bucks it was very small in a wide rim bowl that didn’t even fill the shallow bowl part, let alone cover the 2 inch rim. It would not have even been enough of an appetizer for two people.

What a delightful surprise! Don’t let the exterior fool you – this is a wonderful restaurant. We arrived at night and almost didn’t go in because of the dark windows, scant street lighting, and older exterior. I’m glad we read the other reviews and chose to take a chance on it. Inside it is extremely clean and bright, the staff are super friendly, polite and attentive, and the food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The menu is huge and has something for everyone – we absolutely loved the lamb burger and the Santa Fe chicken sandwich – so yummy!! This will definitely be our go-to eatery if we stop in Winnemucca again. We left feeling so happy!
