Overlooking Thousand Hills Lake with a large outdoor seating option as well as large floor-to-ceiling windows, there is a great view no matter where you are seated. In general, the price is a tad higher than that normally found in the Kirksville area, but they do provide food that is associated with fancier country/American food. I think that overall, the restaurant offers good tasting food in a nicer ambiance, making it a “special spot” for dates and other occasions.
