I tried the tuna and veggie soup. The Tuna was dry. Why is it you have the option to change the bread but never get what you ask for. I did not want multi grain yet still got it. FYI ..in case you don’t know make sure to pick the toppings you want such as tomato, onions and etc. otherwise just a sandwich plain. Veggie soup flavor is awful. I give 4 stars cause people are nice. Always ready. Nice drive thru and the chicken pot pie soup is usually amazing. Today I tried something different. Don’t recommend the tuna or veggie soup. Do recommend chicken pot pie soup and any of the cookies are good too.

Update: 6/21/2022… I couldn’t pass up another review to Potbelly. Shout out to Ms. RYLEE (I hope I spelled it correctly)… she was super amazing. Extremely helpful.. this girls needs a raise!!! I will continue my visits as long as I keep feeling welcome when I visit! I appreciated the warm meals for my guy and more importantly for myself. Thank you to all at Joliet Potbelly… you all rock! You really do!!!!

Hey! I love this place! Well maybe just like it a lot. The best sandwich in my opinion is The Wreck. Yeah, that’s a good sandwich. I’ve tried a couple of the others but they are not as good as The Wreck! You gotta try the cookies also. Very good. I gave 4 stars because they along with other restaurants, charge a bit too much. But, I’ll still go. I can’t leave out their soups, they are good also.
