I have now gone here twice in the last couple of weeks. First trip I ordered a #11 with no onions and no vinegar Sea salt chips. I received a #11 with onions and Vinegar chips. The drive thru was not even busy either. It was 2pm. Then tonight I went to the drive thru again. Ordered a #11 with no onions and no vinegar and sea salt chips. I pulled up to the window this time paid and advised the attendant I got the wrong chips last time and she did not apologize just said oh I will get them right now. I then got my order from the sandwich maker instead. I got home once again to find onions and vinegar in my sandwich this time but of course the correct Sea salt chips. In both cases I did not receive nor was I asked if I wanted my receipt. So here I am responding in a review because I do not know their information. This is a sub par experience and sad because I have had the sandwich earlier this year with my order correct and it was good. So I hope this helps others.

Got the chicken salad sandwich. There was 80% lettuce and 20% chicken salad. I don’t think there was even a scoop of the filling. Also no tomato or melted cheese. The lady was nice and the bread is good. But there needs more of the actual chicken part and a lot less of the lettuce. If I wanted to eat this much lettuce i would’ve ordered an actual salad

Definitely not happy with what I was given. The garlic bread was TINY and was missing seasoning and cheese in the middle of the whole thing! Asked for no sauce on our sandwich and bbq sauce on the side. We received chipotle ranch on the sandwich and no bbq sauce. Wont be going back.

I am not one to give negative feedback, truly, I really did like the flavor and the atmosphere here but the serving sizes are not accurate or sufficient. My husband and I got two full sandwiches and one bowl of soup (comes with bread) and spent about 25$ which is reasonable, but only in the event we left full.

Hopefully this location will catch on through word-of-mouth. Their toasted subs are really good AND inexpensive compared to some of the other sub shops. Employees are courteous and friendly, and food was ready on time. Ordered on-line.

Great sandwich! Was very upset trying to eat in my car and was not given any napkins or a straw though. Kinda takes away from a great experience when you end up wearing the contents of your lunch trying to eat while driving. Just a little thing but worth mentioning to make it right the next time!
